  • wondering why Ichoose you guys to begin with. It should be seamless to renew by subscription, it is not. If you do not correct it soon, I will go to Best Buy demand a refund of my subsciption and find another security company.

-I'm not a Trend Micro representative, but I like to give you some suggestion-

Hello,
May be you received a different activation code?
For example, you buy a new activaton code instead of renew the actual one.

In this case you have to enter it in your TM product to activate it again.

I suggest you to check at the order confirmation to cross check at the activation code. :)

Anyway let me to say that here nobody is horrible. Trend Micro and this free and voluntary Community are just try to do their best!

Hi garysclinton, welcome to the community!

Sorry to hear about this, when did you process the renewal? It can take up to 24 hours for renewal purchase information to transfer from Best Buy to our data base. This causes a delay before the product shows the new expiration date and this might also be the case why you are still getting the pop up.

Let me know if it has been more than 24 hours and you are still getting the pop up so that I can check what I can do in my end. Thank you!

Thank you for helping out Max Slo :)
