I have two computers, both running Windows 7 64bit. I have two internet security licenses. Only one machine updated to version 12, the other is at the previous version. What's going on and what do I do about it?

As I have checked your account on our end, I was able to verify that you were able to install the latest version on your first computer but for the other computer, the Trend Micro program installed on that one is still outdated.
