The email that you have received is a common scam email that was also received by thousands of other users. This email may include one of the recipient's common password; how they got hold of it might be from a specific website that has been hacked, from where the recipient has registered before. Another way is that, the spammers were able to illegally buy a list of email addresses or used brute force programs to get the needed information.
With the factors I have mentioned, we suggest to our customers not to reuse the same password(s) indicated in the scam email they have received and update their passwords with a more complex combination. Consider unsubscribing too to any unusual promos, surveys or newsletters that you're not familiar with or do not know about. You can also take advantage of Trend Micro Password Manager that came as a bundle with your Trend Micro Maximum Security subscription; it can generate a strong passwords for you and keep all your passwords in one safe place.
