How do I get Password Manager to now accept a password for a website when it was previously told to never offer coverage for that particular site?

If you have changed your mind and want to protect the password of the specific web page, you can just refresh or reopen the page and then sign-in again. Once Password Manager pops up, you can click Save Password.
