I have added things to the exception list but Trend Micro is still blocking installation

I am working for a company and need software installed. Every time it is installed, Trend Micro thinks it is suspicious and blocks the .exe from opening. When I tell Trend Micro the file is good, add things to the exception list, it works for the rest of the day but when I turn on the next morning, the program is completely deleted from my system. This is the third time it has happened. Please advise

Hi there, did you happen to check the next time you reboot the computer if the settings for exception list are retained? You could also use this guide on how to add to the White List.

Trend Micro Security keeps on detecting files or programs that are already added to the Exception List
