Hi @seahawk, welcome to Trend Micro Community!

We found a Microsoft support page mentioned about this browser modifier is a member of the Win32/SupTab family. It installs add-ons or extensions to your Internet browser without your permission. It also and modifies your search settings. You can refer to this link for more information.

In other words, this kind of software is commonly called potentially unwanted application (PUA), and are typically bundled with other freeware, and installed as an option most people do not uncheck during installation. It isn't really malicious, so Trend Micro Security dosen't remove it directly. Please try the following online solution doc to check if you can remove your PUAs:
Uninstalling Potentially Unwanted Application (PUA)

After checking, we suggest restting your broswers to check if the problem still persists.
Reset Chrome settings to default

How to reset Internet Explorer settings

By the way , when you're using Trend Micro Security, it should automatically turn off the Windows Defender to avoid conflict, since Windows Defender is Microsoft's built-in antivirus protectio, and having more than one anti-virus program usually causes a conflict.

Please try and let us know if this resolves your issue. If not, could you provide detailed descriptions or screenshots of the issue you're encountering? Once we understand more background, we'll be able to better assist you and recommend solutions. Thanks.
