I have a quarantine list but all options (Restore, Delete, Clean) are greyed out - how can I fix that or locate files to delete? I am on Mac

Thank you for posting your concern here. As for that concern, may I ask for sample file names that you see on the list so that we can detemine why the choices are disabled?

One possible reason why the choices are disabled is if the detected files are not harmful at all. It probably means that those files can only run on Windows and not on Mac. We can find that out once we are able to check on the detected files.

If you want assistance in manually removing those files though, it would be better if you contact us for real time assistance. Not only is it complex but that way, we can also prevent the possibility that mistakes can be made while removing the detected files on the system.
