i have a problem with starting my banking software starmoney plus. The support says, that i have to get into trend micro settings and switch on rta 354. But i cant found a setting which can get it free. So long i cant start my banking software

Hi alexhgaertner, sorry for my late reply.

For the unable to open Star Money program issue, we are already aware of this issue, and we have a dedicated team currently working on it. Please wait for a program update for the fix.

Meanwhile, we have a workaround for you so you can use your Star Money program as usual. Please follow the instruction below and see if it works for you:
  1.  Right-click on the Trend Micro system tray icon at the bottom right-hand corner of your desktop.
  2.  Select Check for Program Updates. The About Your Software window will appear and will automatically check for available updates.
  3.  Click Close once the download is complete or if there are no new available updates.
  4.  Restart your computer.
  5.  Add Star Money program to the Exception List of Trend Micro Security. You may refer to this page for detailed steps: Configuring the Exception List of Trend Micro Security software
Please let me know how it goes! I'll also get back to you when I received any updates for this issue.
