I have a new laptop and once again I cannot open Embird successfully.

Hi robynnemc,

Is there an error message shown when you're trying to open Embird on your new laptop? Can you check the Task Manager if it is already running? If it's there, please click on it then click End Task then try to open the program again.

When I go to open a machine embroidery design using Embird, it wants me to set up the Embird program again even though it is already running. I can easily open Embird and acces designs through it, but this is more time consuming than what I can do on my computer. I hope this makes sense

Kindly try to disable the Trend Micro program on your computer then open the program to check if the issue will persist. If it still not working, you may contact the Embird to check this for you.

Kindly provide us a screenshot if you receive any notification or pop up messages.
