I get a monthly "report" saying I did not scan during the month. I scan several times every month. Why are you not seeing that?

I know it feels like when Trend Micro program scan does not align with your monthly security reports.

Monthly Security Reports include information about Web Threats, Computer Threats, PC Health Checkup and Parental Controls but scanning history is not included. You may consider configuring PC Health Checkup by following this link "https://esupport.trendmicro.com/en-us...".
