I can't log in to the control panel

I can not log into the trend micro control panel to disable firewall.

Hi ,

Why you want Disable Firewall ?!

you can not log ? or can not view firewall option ?! 

your software is Trend Micro Antivirus+ or Internet Security or Maximum Security ?

I Can't disable the firewall because in order to do that I have to log in.  That's the problem it won't let me log in so I can change anything.
The program is trend micro antivirus, i guess.

Trend Micro Antivirus Plus have not firewall Boost feature .  link 

if you want disable firewall must use control panel > windows firewall . 

or go to windows services and stop windows firewall service .

@markcoraa  Thanks for asking here! We've checked your Trend Micro account on our system, and the product you're using is Internet Security. Internet Security doesn't have a Firewall feature, but it does have Firewall Booster feature to enhance the protection given by the Windows Firewall that can be configured in Trend Micro Internet Security settings window.

If you're seeing the window below while trying to change Internet Security settings, it means you've enabled password protection for all major changes:



If you forgot the password, please click "Retrieve password by email" in the window. Your Internet Security will send the password to your email soon.
