I would like to further verify what you meant by "Agent Notes". May I know what is the exact name of the Trend Micro program you are having issues with? Also, you can provide to us any error message you encountered so we can assist you immediately with this. Attaching a screenshot will help.

For us to get a hint of your concern, may we know what is the Trend Micro program that you are having issues with? If there are error messages, you can advise us as well. 

Though not recommended, you may add programs to Trend Micro's exception list if there are issues opening them due to the Trend Micro program. Here's how:
