I can't even reach Tred to tell them the problem I have had....how about I just reverse my recent purchase on my bank card,

Down load caused me 3 hours with Microsoft today to get my system working again.  Unable to contact trend by "chat" or email because I need to fill in all the blanks and guess what they don't work.  Will reverse charges on bank card and perhaps I will get a call...what a nightmare!

Hello, I tried to contact you by online chat and email but in both screens you are told to fill out all the required boxes but not all of them work so  messages could not be sent.  I could not find a telephone number so here is the bottom line.  My current contract runs through 10-30-16, on 10-26-16 I accepted the offer to continue my contract for one more year, the download began and it appeared to have completed with no problems.  But there was a major problem, my Microsoft Office Apps where no longer working.   Yesterday, 10-27-16 after I had uninstalled the new Trend software. I contacted Microsoft spend almost 3 hours with them fixing the computer.  I have uninstalled Trend on all our computers and do not want to extend our contract beyond 10-30-2016.  Please refund my credit card for the amount charged.  Thank you.

I too am having problems with getting Office 2016 to work on a Windows 10 computer. When I disable Trend AV, everything works fine. When I enable it. I get an error message that says "Word (or Outlook or Excel or Powerpoint) has encountered and error and needs to close.."

Any help?

Hi rdrapala, did you mean the Office 2016 doesn't work when Trend Micro Antivirus+ Security is enabled, and an error message shows when you're trying to open Word or Outlook or Excel or Powerpoint?

Could you provide more detail on what is happening? e.g. basic PC info, when did this issue start. Some screenshots would also be very helpful! You may refer to this page to take a screenshot of the error message for us.
