i cant apply additional devices to this renewal as the instructions are poor

it says i can have 6 devices but my other devices do not let me, i have been trying this for more than 6 months and even bought another year to try and activate it.... still no luck

When I checked your subscription details, you have installed and activated your Trend Micro program, one on your Windows laptop and iOS device (Example: iPhone X, iPad Air 2, etc.). You still have 4 seats or slots left. May I know if in what device are you trying to activate it now?
