i cannot update my anti virus

when I am trying to update my antivirus then I am facing a problem of Error.

Hi mondalrahul672,

It looks like that you are experiencing a UI issue on the program. Kindly restart the components of your Trend Micro program. To do that, kindly follow the steps on below.
  1. Right-click the Trend Micro icon  TM icon  in the System Tray (near the clock at the bottom right part of the screen). 
    If you do not see the System Tray icon, click the arrow button to show the rest of the icons.
  2. Select  Exit. System tray icon

  3. Wait for Trend Micro's System Tray icon    (near the clock at the bottom right part of the screen) to disappear.
    Once the icon disappears, Trend Micro is now disabled.
To enable the program, double-click the Trend Micro  icon on your desktop.

Also, kindly delete the files in your Temporary Folder. Here are the steps:

1. On your keyboard, press the Windows Key + R
2. On the open field, type %temp%
3. Delete all the listed files and folders. 

Lastly, try to update the program again.
