I cannot unblock a file

I cannot unblock a file that TM automatically blocked.  When I select unblock, it states it is putting it into the trusted files folder but it doesn't.  It is still marked as blocked.  I have not been able to print since then.  I have uninstalled the HP printer drivers and reinstalled and I cannot connect the device.  When I checked the blocked date of the microsoft file, it coincides with the start of my printing problems.  Using Windows 10.

Thank you for letting us know about this issue that you encountered. Apologies for the inconvenience.

For a simple workaround, you may disable Folder Shield and then you may enable it back again. After enabling it back again, please try to replicate the issue.

If you will still encounter the same problem, you may directly add the file directly from Trend Micro Security's Folder Shield. You may refer to this article for more details: Using the Folder Shield feature of Trend Micro Security
