I cannot install gotowebinar all of a sudden. I've used it before and now it won't connect

I don't know what to check or how to install go to webinar.

Hope you are doing well today.

Apologies for the inconvenience that you are experiencing, may I know when did you start to experience this issue? Also does this issue only happen when the Trend Micro program is enabled? If so, can you please try to add the installer file to the exception list of the Trend Micro program and check if the issue will still persist. Here is the link from our support page for you to follow the steps.

Configuring the Exception List of Trend Micro Security software

If you were able to install the program after adding it to the exception list, please go to the Program Files or Program Files (x86) and add the entire folder of the program on the exception list of the Trend Micro program so that our program will not interfere with it.

Thank you for your help. I contacted Trend Micro because GoToWebinar suggested that might be the problem. However, I was able to access the webinar this week. So I don't know what was wrong, but I didn't do anything at all and it worked this time.
