I can only watch downloaded Netflix content when Trend Micro is disabled. Why is this?

Hi Andrew.  I'm not a Trend Micro tech, but a long-time user.  If you add the URL of Netflix to your "exceptions" list under your T.M. "settings" by copy/paste, I believe that should take care of the problem. Happy viewing!

I checked your record and it says you have the Mobile version for android and Windows version of our program installed.
  • I tried it with the Android app. Downloaded a video from Netflix and it works fine.
  • I tried it with the Microsoft Store app (because you can't download videos through the web client) and it works fine.
Did you notice any error messages when you tried to watch? Did it not load? You also appear to have reached out to the support team and you were able to test that there were instances that Netflix still worked with TM currently enabled.
