I can not upload my renewal because I am still using Vista. I would like a refund

Sorry for the inconvenience. That's because Vista no longer supports the latest version of the Trend Micro program. However, you should be able to use the older version of the Trend Micro program on Vista. So long as the older version of the Trend Micro program is still installed on your Vista and since your subscription is still active (due to renewal), it should still work. 

If you'd like to install the latest version, it would be much advisable for you to upgrade your Operating System to at least Windows 7.
