I can not activate

I can not activate my paid security, the operating system is Win XP. Has instructed I down loaded TTi-10 (2016) it work but only on trial and I am protected only for a trial period when I paid for a full year.

Hello TM-Kaye, I have been in the community for many years now and did input,  but obviously under an other name that I cannot remember. It is not that often that I have a problem with Trend.

I tried the link (changing the serial......) the link work but the selection do not.
It is curious that I can get a free trial for a month but when I wish to paid for 12 months, it is not possible!

Just to clarify, are you not able to change the serial number in the computer running in Windows XP?

If ever there is an issue with the activation on that version, unfortunately, there will no longer be any solution we can provide. Microsoft and Trend Micro had announced its end of support for Windows XP already. You may check the link below regarding the announcement.
