Since the latest version update, I'm getting a poor rating. Also updated the os to 7.0 nougat on my smartphone Samsung A5 2017. I have also supplied you with a log 1505

Just to inform you the reason why you are getting an Poor Rating on your mobile device is that your Real-Time Scan is not enabled.

You may follow the steps below on how you can enable Real-Time Scan:
  1. Open your Trend Micro Mobile Security.
  2. Tap on the Security Scan.
  3. In the Settings you will see the Real-Time Scan.
  4. Tap or put a check on the box beside the Real-Time Scan.
You may also check if there is any malicious or risky application installed on your Mobile Device.
