I am updating to the max secur max10 plus on an Acer with basic vista SP2 and it is stuck at the 89% installation spot. What should I do?

Sorry to hear that you're having problems with your Maximum Security installation. We suggest uninstalling your Maximum Security by using our Diagnostic Toolkit, and reinstall Maximum Security to reset the program and patterns. Here are the online help docs to help you:

Hi Linda
I'm happy to say that the installation was finally completed, but it took 7-hours for that to happen. I started at 5pm and the 100%install was completed at 11pm, but then the icon in the system tray indicated that a program update was in progress and that was finally completed by 12pm. Don't know why it took so long.
