Hi c.waltenspul and welcome to the Community! 

To check if the program is still installed on your computer, please follow the steps below.

1. Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run command.
2. Type in "appwiz.cpl" and click on OK.
3. Look for Trend Micro from the list of programs installed on the computer.

If you found the Trend Micro program, kindly refer to the link below on how to access the main console. 

Opening the main console of Trend Micro Security

If it no longer exists from the list, you will need to reinstall the program.
