I am unable to install trend Micro Maximum Security2018. I keep on getting back this message Installation Incomplete

I have installed the software and when completing the confirmation I fill in my email & password. It then says password incorrect & sends an email to change password. I change password & fill in email & password again but it says the password is still incorrect.This is the 3rd time I have been through this process, what can I do to complete installation?
