Hi!
Can you help me...I am unable to have access to Trend Micro Password. I try to add a new item without success.
After i click the icon +... a new web page open but it stays blank.

Thank you for posting your concern here. Let me help you on this one.

First, I just need to know if you’retrying to manually add a new account on your Password Manager? If yes, that means what you’re experiencing right now is normal because you are the one that has to provide the website or the link address for you to add an account.

All you have to do is to provide the complete link address on the blank page or browser’s web address, and then the password manager should automatically pop-up and prompt to ask if you want to save your credentials on that specific website.
