I am trying to upload a purchased Trendmicro 10 but I get to Installation and it says wrong password and thats as far as i go

Resetting a forgotten Trend Micro Account (MyAccount) password

After resetting your Trend Micro Account password, please follow the support page below to install your Maximum Security again:
Installing Maximum Security 10 (2016)
