Thank you for letting us know about this issue that you encountered. Apologies for the inconvenience.

For your issue about the Trend Micro program on your computer not getting any updates, are you getting any specific error message? Will you please provide us with a screenshot of the issue that you encountered with the update for Trend Micro Security so we can provide you with a specific workaround for it.

If you are not getting any error messages from Trend Micro Security, you may check the updates manually. You may refer to the figures below on how you can manually update the Trend Micro program on your computer.


                       Figure 1. Click on "latest protection".
Clicking on "latest protection" will trigger an update.


                               Figure 2. Click on "About the Software"
You may click on the small human like silhouette located on the upper part of the program and then click on "About the Software" to trigger a manual update.

Without having to check for the updates manually, the Trend Micro program on your computer updates itself automatically for every 3 hours as long as it is connected to the internet. If you are not getting any, please do provide us with the screenshot of the issue so we can have a look on it as well.
