I am no longer able to use the Trend Micro Toolbar with Chrome

I have a Lenovo Ideapad 700 with Win 10 Home version 1803 and Google Chrome Version 67.0.3396.87 (Official Build) (64-bit) 
Trend Micro Maximum Security 
Version: 11.1.1045 
Full version (xSP)
I have been having troubles with slow page loading and freezing. After the last chrome update I removed and reinstalled the Trend Micro toolbar and things got better for a short time. Today I had to remove the toolbar for good. Please let me know when the problem is fixed. Thanks

Please, let me to say that Your Trend Micro product is not up-to-date.

Please, download last relase FROM HERE.

Done this, please, remove and install your browser plugin.

Sorry, I didnt understand. 

ISP is an ISP, security provider as Trend Micro is another matter.

If You have a valid Trend Micro license, update is free. I strongly suggest you to update Your security product.

Like I said, only Trend Micro downloads provided by my ISP work, I cant use any other downloads, from Trend Micro site or anywhere else.

@Max Slo, I was able to download and install version:
12.0.1171 from my ISP. Thanks for the advice. Not sure why the old version kept updating itself and not telling me to install a newer version. I'll try the Toolbar extension with this version and see how it goes. Thanks again.
