I am just writing to let you know what I am experiencing. I got a box that said I needed to restart my computer for updates. I actually shut down my computer as I was not going to be on it for a while. When I restarted it, the first thing I get is the box telling me to restart my computer for updates. I did restart thinking maybe it didn't do the update when it restarted after the shutdown. I just got back up after the restart and I get the box telling me to restart for updates. I am sorry, but I am not restarting and restarting and restarting my computer. I think you may have an issure with your system.

There are many factors as to why it keeps on asking you to restart. There must have been a problem with the Internet connection during that time.

Another reason for this is the automatic upgrade of the Trend Micro program may have failed which is why it keeps on asking for a restart. You may also contact our Support line for assistance on this concern. You may access the Support numbers on the link below:
