I am having trouble connecting to the internet with Quicken. Are there firewall settings in TrendMicro that might be the problem?

Are there firewall settings in TrendMicro that may need to be reset?

Thank you for using our product! Internet Security does not have a firewall feature, but it does have a Firewall Booster feature which works with Windows Firewall, here's a help doc for your reference:

For your issue, let's isolate to make sure the problem is not due to Internet Security. Please check if the problem is resolved after you temporarily disable Internet Security. We have a support document that explains how to do this:

Don't forget to enable your Maximum Security after the confirmation. If you confirmed that the problem is due to Internet Security, please let us know.
