I am having a problem with the software. I can't purchase products online or use chat on websites I shop on. Trend Micro blocks the transmission. I tried putting the websites on the "Exception List". Does not work or I'm doing something wrong. I have a Dell Studio XPS on Windows 7. Don't like Windows 10. I use Internet explorer Ver. 11.0.7

Does the Trend Micro program notify you that a problem occurred or do you encounter any error message? Sending a screenshot will be helpful especially if you can also send these details - what internet browser do you use, do you have the URL for the websites, etc? You can also try disabling the Trend Micro program temporarily and try again, then let us know if you encounter the same issue.
