Hung scan

Dell Inspiron desktop, 12 years old, having problem with scan being stuck for 2 days at 79% complete. Trend Micro version is the very latest. Cannot get scan stopped and restarted. Your web site does not offer any online tech support to solve this problem.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Were you able to check the file that is being scanned when the scan hangs? You may follow the instructions provided on the link below to resolve the issue.

Scan Hangs at 70% to 80%
