Hello mesminlowon ! We understand that you are still having troubles with regard to the webpage redirection that you are having. We are sorry to hear that.

As per your last post, we have checked and found that you already have filed a case for this matter on our Technical Support team. We advise that you respond to the mails that were sent to you so they can continue with the help.

For the problem that you are having, mostly this was caused by a toolbar or a program that you might have agreed to be installed on your computer. Can you recall installing anything in the past days before this has happened on your browsers? Like our friend Tom Emmelot has said in the previous post:

I qoute

"The reason that TM did not protect you is that you self give permission to install, that happens if you install some Free Sostware from the internet it comes as a bundle!"

This is actually true. Even if the Trend Micro program is working as expected but, we allow anything to bypass this protection, we will still have troubles. But no worries, we are more than happy to have this resolved.

Just let us know how did the Technical Support was able to provide help after continuing with the case and we are more than happy to extend a helping hand here in the community.
