When doing a search, all the results are highlighted in green with a check mark to the left of the web page. When you point the mouse on the arrow, it's a trend box showing that the site is safe.

Thanks for contacting. Regarding your question, the "highlighted search results” is a "web page rating feature" of your Trend Micro toolbar. Here's a simple introduction of the Trend Micro tool bar for your reference:
Using the Trend Micro Toolbar feature of Trend Micro Security- What Are The Website Ratings For Trend Micro Toolbar?

For your safety, we suggest turning the feature on to protect your computer when you are surfing the internet. If you still don't want to use this feature, please click Trend Micro tool bar of your browser and there is a "rate links on web pages" check box, simply uncheck that setting to turn off highlighted search results.

Please let me know if I was able to answer your question. Thanks.
