How to schedule scans

Scans happen while working. I have tried to create a schedule at 1 a.m., but it ignores me.

Hi Charlotte Wolter. I'm a fellow Trend Micro user here and will try to assist you.

Get to where you would click your T.M. icon to perform a scan and look at the "gear" next to the central circle. Click the gear, give your password, and on the first page, to the left of the screen, you should see "Schedule Scans". Click that and you should be set to schedule them as you please.

Hi Charlotte, 

Were you able to follow the instructions woodartisan55 provided? That will allow you to set the Scheduled Scan. Also, please note that Scheduled Scan only proceeds when there is no program running in full screen (e.g. games and screensaver).
