How to know if you have secure browser for banking

Thank you for contacting us in our new support community! Secure Browser opens automatically when you visit banking websites. As long as Password Manager is installed on your PC, Secure Browser is available for use.
Here's a way to check if Secure Browser is working correctly:
1. Open a banking website.
2. Password Manager window will pop-up with an option to open the page in secure browser. Click “Open in Secure Browser”.
3. Secure Browser will open with the online bank's page.

If you followed the above steps but the Secure Browser didn't open, please try the following solution to manually enable the banking website to open in Secure Browser:
Replaying your Passcard using the Secure Browser

* Note: If your bank's website is not already in the list as a Passcard, then log into the bank's website for Password Manager to create Passcard first.
