How to fix 503 service unavailable error

Is Trend Micro able to assist with the below message?

"zip send cloud services initialise failed"

I am reluctant to download from the internet to assist with this.

Welcome to TM Home users Community, a public site where volunteers try to help each-other , also there are TM Employees that can give answers, I am just a volunteer.
Can you check if it is TM related?
If you go to the tray and right-click the TM icon and click "Exit" and try to download will that work?
If not provide us with a screenshot of the problem, els the problem is not TM related.

Kindly perform the steps given by Tom to see it the issue is somehow related to the Trend Micro Maximum Security Program. If possible, Can you provide us a screenshot? You can also try the steps on the link below to turn off the Trend Micro Maximum Security.
