Unfortunately, I don't know how to stop force upgrade. You mentioned that your Ver 10 has been automatically upgraded to Version 11. That's how security software works when there is a new program upgrade available it does it automatically. Did you go to the Microsoft Community (Forum) to find out what is causing your sharing microsoft office files to other pc? They may have a solution? Just wait for a Trend Micro Support technician to assist you further.

I bought a laptop few months ago, MS Office is included but I didn't install it, I went for a different alternative to MS Office called KingSoft Office Free and I installed TMMS 2016 via CD and when the 2017 version came out one of the Trend Micro Support Technician gave me a link for the free upgrade to 2017 and it successfully installed it with no problems at all. It does have the OneDrive installed on my laptop and I sometimes use it to transfer my files to my online drive with no problems at all.

Hi ahsans, thanks for sharing your thought and experience. Checking Microsoft Community is a good idea!

Hi Vincent, I understand you are encountering delay from sharing Microsoft Office files to other PC if Trend Micro Security (11.0) is running. We have a hotfix might address this issue, please download from the online article below and give it a try:
[Hotfix] Accessing files via shared folder is slow when Trend Micro Security is running

If above hotfix did not work for you, can you provide more details on this problem? I'll be glad to assist you further.
