How to add " PC Health Check" to Quick & Full Scan?

At first "PC Health Check" was included whenever I ran Full or Quick scans but it disappeared. I checked the box in the setup to include it on both scans but it does not add. How do I include "PC Health Check" on Quick & Full Scan?

The PC Health Check must run after the Quick or Full scan. 

To check if the it has been disabled, you can follow the steps on the link below:

After configuring the settings, try to run a scan and take a screen shot of your screen once it's done. 
You can attach the screen shot here if the issue persists.

I have redo all that you mentioned PC Check still not appearing after scan.

Thank you for this update and apologies for this inconvenience.

Have you already un-checked the option to "Include the PC Health Checkup with Quick Scan and Full Scan" from the PC Health Checkup settings on the main console? If not, please do try unchecking it and run a Quick Scan from your Trend Micro program. Once finished, re-check the option to include it on Quick Scan and re-ran another Quick Scan and see if the PC Health status will appear.

I tried, didn't work. i uninstalled the software and reinstalled and it is now working. hope this helps.  Thanks
