Hi Sergio,

Welcome to TM Home users Community, a public site where volunteers try to help each-other , also there are TM Employees that can give answers.

If you put it off in the TM Menu the icon should  go away in Outlook, so look if that works and then close Outlook, put it on again in the TM menu and look of it is again there in Outlook and working.
(TM Menu/Setting/Spam-Mail)
Hope this helps.

Kind regards,
Tom

Hi @sergio,

Thank you for posting your concern here.

Just to clarify, are you referring to the Trend Micro Anti-spam toolbar on your Microsoft Outlook? If so, you may re-enable it on your Trend Micro main console. On how, please follow the steps below:
  1. Close your Outlook, Outlook Express, or Windows Live mail program.
  2. Open your Trend Micro Security software main console.
  3. Click Settings (gear-like icon) to open the Protection Settings window.
  4. Click Internet & Email Controls.
  5. Click Spam & Emailed Files.
  6. Tick Filter out unsolicited advertisements and other unwanted email messages.
  7. Click Apply, then click OK.
Once enabled, you may configure it on your Outlook program. For detailed steps, please refer to the link below:

Using the Antispam Toolbar of your Trend Micro Security

Hope this helps. Please let us know if there's anything that we can help you with.

Thank you and have a nice day! :)
