Welcome to the community! You can go to Trend Micro Online Renewal and use your serial number to confirm the price for renewal.

@Sorry for not getting back earlier. For your question, we've checked your account information and confirmed that your Auto-Renewal still enable. We suggest canceling Auto Renewal first and use the link that @woodartisan55 provided to confirm the price and then renew your license.
