Hi david

You have to manually check it via Control Panel. Here's how:
  1. Press the Windows key + R on your keyboard.
  2. Type 'appwiz.cpl'.
  3. Click on 'Installed on' -- it will show you the most recent installed programs.
  4. Look for unfamiliar programs and uninstall them.
If the program in question is malicious in nature, naturally, the antivirus program picks it up and removes it. However, there are some remote admin access programs that are legit and therefore will not be flagged by an antivirus program.

Hope this helps.

Thank you for your reply, I can't see anything that looks out of place, so probably just a scam going around.

Cheers
