Hi golferrickj,
If you wish to remove your account for the Trend Micro Home Users Community, you may follow the procedures below:
1. Sign-in on Trend Micro Home Users Community using your account.
2. At the upper right corner, click on your name then click on Profile.
3. On the left pane, you will see the option to edit your profile, Email Notifications, and Delete Account.
You may choose to manage the email notifications settings or delete the account.
We hope this helps with your concern and we still wish that you remain part of the Trend Micro Home Users Community in helping other members as well.

Why ask a question in a Users community and if they try to help you further (5 people) you did not reply? Are you still scanning?
