How do I turn off Trend Micro temporarily so I can uninstall another product

I need to uninstall Corel Draw and am required to turn off Trend Micro to do so.

Disabling or enabling your Trend Micro Security software - refer to "Disabling Trend Micro Program" 

After uninstalling Corel Draw, you can follow the above support page "Enabling Trend Micro Program" to turn on your Internet Security.

I have also been uninstalling some software. Why does Trend Micro detect uninstall executables as malicious objects - particularly for Jetbrains IDEs and Postgresql?
Are those files actually infected with something bad?

For your concern, there might be specific components of these programs that might be perceived as malicious by some. If you really trust this programs, you can refer to the page below and add it to the exception list.
