How do I stop a particular clients emails being blocked?

Every time a particular client emails me their email gets blocked/removed. How do I stop theis happening? ie- how do I add their email addess to a safelist??

I understand your clients are unable to send an email to you because it gets blocked by our Trend Micro program. Apologies for the inconvenience. Let me help you with this issue.

First, let's upgrade your Trend Micro program to the latest version. Please click this link for the download and installation guide of your Trend Micro program:

Installing Maximum Security

Kindly check if you will receive an email from your client after upgrading to the latest version.

If you're using Microsoft Outlook 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013, or Outlook 2016, please follow these steps to add the sender in the Approved Senders List of Anti-spam toolbar:
  1. Open your email application.
  2. Click the Trend Micro icon > Settings. The Settings window should appear.
  3. Click Approved Senders List.
  4. Add the email address of your clients.

Hi mpmoore,

Do you mean mail that you receive this mail?
Click on the right top by you name on "Profile" and follow it from there to your mail settings.
