Hi @Hal Morgan,

Welcome to Trend Micro Community!

I understand that need to sort your more than 400 passwords on Password Manager. Let me assist you with this.

To arrange or sort your passwords, do the following:

1. Open the Management Console.
2. Type your Master Password if prompted.
3. Click the Sort Passwords icon (the three dashes near the magnifying glass) then select your preference.
      a. Recently Used
      b. Name

You may also create a folder to keep your passwords of the same kind inside a folder. To create a folder, do the following:

1. Open the Password Manager toolbar.
2. Type your Master Password if prompted.
3. The Password Manager page containing the list of passwords will appear.
4. Click All Passwords, then click Organize Folders.
5. Click Create New Folder and type the folder name you want.
6. Click outside the box and the information will be automatically saved.

After creating a folder, you have to select the password manually and from the window that will open you will now have the option to add it to the folder that you have created.

I hope this helps and please let us know if you have further inquiries.

Thank you and have a wonderful day ahead!
