how do I remove Trend Micro Clean Boot from my system ?

It is there every time I restart my computer but I cannot load it. Very annoying

Could you try the steps below to remove the Trend Micro Clean Boot?
  1.  On your keyboard, press the Windows Windows Key Key + R keys to open the Run window.
  2.  In the Open field, type msconfig then click OK.

  3.  Click Boot tab on System Configuration window.
  4.  Click Trend Micro Clean Boot. Make sure the Safe boot under Boot options is unchecked.
  5.  Mark Make all boot settings permanent tick box, then click OK.
  6.  Click Yes when prompted to confirm the changes.
  7.  Click Restart to apply the changes.
