When I first started using your product the safe sites were highlighted green, now none are highlighted at all.  How do I set this control in place?

Hi frankjackmcb,

For the safe rating to be enabled in your browser, please make sure to enable the Trend Micro toolbar in your browser. This is the feature that is responsible for providing the green highlights. You can check this page to help you Enabling Trend Micro plug-ins or extensions on web browsers.

Hope this helps, let us know should you need further assistance.

You need to see if the Trend Micro Toolbar icon is in the upper toolbar. If not re-enable it by going to the upper toolbar. Click on the drop down menu, go to item "More tools", then "Extensions". Look for the Trend Micro Toolbar and click on the "enable"

-I'm not a Trend Micro representative, but I like to give you some suggestion-

Check also, to give green highlighted urls, that the properly option is enabled in the Trend Micro tool as per attached image
