How do I know if I have lost my Tren Micro Protectiom as can not seem to find it

Hi ,

Again reset .

if can not view then go to start menu > Trend Micro > Trend Micro Diagnosis Tools .

Stop component

Then start component .

if do not solve > can reinstall Trend Micro

or contact with online chat .
