My camera (Canon EOS T3) and webcam are being blocked

I CAN NOT IMPORT PICs FROM MY CAMERA. I STATES THE CAMERA CAN NOT BE FOUND.

Sorry you're having issues with your camera, webcam, and picture import. Please try the following to verify if the block is caused by Trend Micro Internet Security:
  1. Right-click on the Trend Micro icon at the bottom right of your screen.
  2. Choose "Exit"
  3. A notification will be displayed to indicate that Trend Micro program is turned off.
Try accessing your camera and webcam now and see if they're still being blocked.
